Beta Terms
IDOL FORGE is a beta service for introducing yourself, discovering potential and letting fans build teams. Fictional candidates are created characters, not real participants. Imagined teams do not confirm actual debuts, agency contracts or activities.
Fan recommendations
After signing in, you can freely share an original public YouTube video/Shorts link from the recommended creator’s official channel and your reason for recommending them. A fan recommendation is not an official application or partnership; personal participation is marked unconfirmed. A publicly accessible link does not permit rights-infringing recommendations. Private/pirated content, bypassing access restrictions, impersonation, defamation, harassment, sexual objectification and exposure of private life are prohibited. Separate photo files and other-platform links are not accepted for fan recommendations. We use original videos and permitted YouTube previews; screenshots or recommendation submission do not grant photo-reposting rights.
Original videos use YouTube’s official player and original links. Rights remain with their holders; appreciation on this site is separate from YouTube likes. Recommendation or attribution alone grants no rights to recommenders, the site or users for advertising use of a person or AI face/voice synthesis. These uses require separate prior permission from the subject and relevant rights holders; unauthorized advertising/synthetic materials cannot be submitted or published. Self-recommendations also remain marked as personal participation unconfirmed until separately verified. Validly received reports/deletion requests involving impersonation, likeness, copyright or minor protection trigger automatic initial hiding. Restoration is possible only after an operator reviews the report and original content and records the basis for action; content stays hidden during review. Confirmed violations may restrict video resubmission or account use.
YouTuber recommendations and channel connection
Fans and creators use the same recommendation form and publication standards. New separate real-person preregistrations are no longer accepted. Existing private applications are not published without consent and remain available for management, withdrawal and deletion. Private original-character review continues.
You may allow YouTube channel lookup to verify the recommended video’s upload channel. Verified accounts can edit that recommendation’s introduction and add activities. Connections last 30 days and can be renewed. “YouTube channel verified” confirms channel authority, not the identity/adulthood of people in the video, all content rights or official participation.
Channel operators may optionally record participation consent for public introductions, voting, fans’ imagined team combinations and profile-link sharing. This is an operator statement, not separate identity verification. It excludes advertising and AI-synthesis permission. Disconnection revokes management access and that participation consent; the public recommendation remains. Use reporting/deletion requests to request removal from public view.
Withdrawal and deletion
You can withdraw publication consent at any time in My applications. Publication stops immediately, and the stage name, introduction and video-link information are deleted. Original videos on external platforms and content users separately shared elsewhere are not automatically deleted. When files require deletion, we do not mark deletion complete before confirmation. Minimal consent/processing records follow the privacy policy’s retention rules.
Accounts, projects and costs
During beta, basic fictional-candidate combinations are available without sign-in. Signing in lets you manage projects and candidate applications. YouTuber recommendations and channel connection are free. Each additional activity combines a video link and introduction and uses one Beat. Representative recommendations use official original YouTube videos; additional activities accept original YouTube, TikTok and Instagram Reels links from the person’s official accounts. Each account receives 10 starting Beats once. One Beat is reserved on submission and finalized on publication; rejection or deletion before publication returns it. Editing/deleting an already published activity costs no extra Beats. Resubmitting after a return requires one Beat. Viewing activities/original videos, supporting candidates and selecting members are free.
Additional top-ups will be offered after payment-provider approval and product setup. Top-ups are in units of 20 Beats; the exact currency, price, taxes and refund terms will be shown at checkout before payment. Card details are processed by the payment provider. Beats are not issued before payment confirmation; a cash refund removes the corresponding purchased Beats. Only the starting grant is available until top-ups open.
Revised: September 14, 2026 — unified YouTuber recommendations and optional channel connection.
