More about this member
Strength
Turns a failed move into fresh choreography.
Weakness
Offers solutions before hearing feelings and hides disappointment behind constant usefulness.
Character profile
TAVI keeps tape, spare cables, and tiny prop tools within reach. When rehearsal jams, TAVI turns a failed move into new choreography and restores the team's momentum before anyone finishes explaining the problem. But solutions can arrive before feelings are heard, and constant usefulness becomes a busy shield for private disappointment. When TAVI can stand still long enough to ask what the group truly needs, that practical spark stops being a repair and becomes an invention everyone chose together.
Imagine the combination
Try a teammate who can pause and ask what the group actually needs.
